About the role
- Assist in the daily operations of the middle office, ensuring efficient processing of transactions
- Coordinate with various teams to facilitate seamless operations
- Document and maintain accurate records of trade activities, settlements, and reconciliations
- Monitor trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Participate in the development and execution of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a middle office or operational role within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, trading processes, and the order lifecycle
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with brokerage systems or financial software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
