About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work pro-actively within the data analytics team to deliver high impact projects
  • Empower people across the business to make data-driven decisions by building self-serve reports and recommendations
  • Deliver actionable insights across MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert, and QuidCo brands
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure your work is communicated across the business
  • Present findings and recommendations tailored to the relevant audience
  • Troubleshoot and optimise existing data sources
  • Work together with Data Engineers to productionise valuable output from your projects to commonly used data tables
  • Support and be supported by other data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers through knowledge sharing and upskilling

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous professional experience in Data Analytics
  • Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with app analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • A good working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with code development tools such as GitHub and DBT
  • Experience in managing stakeholder work requests
  • Comfortable manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources and formats
  • Be detail oriented and adept in resolving bugs in SQL code and data cross checks
  • Adept at data visualisation
  • Be able to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to senior management.
