About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help build repeatable commercial momentum in a project-based industry
  • Transition from small pilot deployments to ongoing commercial deployments, and scale up
  • Ensure sufficient demand for the product and manage local demand
  • Hire, onboard, and manage a team of robot and deployment operators
  • Manage the fleet of robots and coordinate with HQ for remote management across the Atlantic

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a chaotic, entrepreneurial, high-growth, unstructured environment
  • A strong bias-to-action and getting-shit-done mentality
  • Ability to context switch from strategic work to very practical work throughout the day
  • Strong strategic business sense with experience in sales, pricing, negotiations, and account management
  • Excellent communication skills with a broad range of people in the construction industry
  • Experience hiring and managing a team, with an understanding of company culture
  • Willingness for frequent travel between the US and the Netherlands
  • Raw intellectual horsepower and eagerness to learn
