About the role
- Drive the HR strategy locally, in close collaboration with our overseas offices
- Own the full employee lifecycle - hiring, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding
- Build and strengthen our employer brand in Bulgaria
- Champion employee engagement, development, recognition, and incentives
- Lead and support the HR team as the bridge between employees and management
- Oversee compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee relations
- Use data and insights to improve HR policies and people practices
- Ensure full compliance with labor law, benefits, safety, and internal policies
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and labor relations
- Strategic mindset with solid business and people management understanding
- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, payroll, performance systems, benefits tools)
