About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a Senior Developer in the modernization program for Human Resources and Payroll systems, participating in the development and evolution of the solutions that make up the ATRH project, with a focus on the new version of RH24 Horas, the enhancement of other corporate systems, and the implementation of system integrations;
The professional will be responsible for developing new features, evolving application architecture, building and maintaining APIs, integrating with corporate systems, and providing technical support for platform modernization initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field;
Minimum of 5 (five) years of professional experience;
Experience in Java development;
Experience developing with Spring Boot 3;
Experience developing RESTful APIs;
Front-end development experience with Angular 22;
Experience developing with Jasper Reports;
Experience in unit testing development;
Use of Docker;
Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture and Clean Architecture;
Advanced skills in PL/SQL (Oracle) and SQL Server development;
Knowledge of relational database modeling and development;
Experience and knowledge in system integrations;
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); Git;
Knowledge of HR systems.
