What you’ll need

Technical background (programming is not required, but must be able to understand developers' deliverables);
Experience managing full-lifecycle IT projects;
Experience with projects using Agile methodologies;
Meeting facilitation and leadership;
Strong communication skills;
Discipline, organization, and execution-focused;
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with project management tools;
Project management disciplines and stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
Project management metrics for both Agile and traditional methodologies;
Experience with Azure DevOps;
Strong experience with MS Project (Microsoft Project);
Solid experience creating and tracking schedules using PERT/CPM diagrams — Critical Path Method and best practices.
