About the role

  • Develop and implement solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on automations, journeys and personalization
  • Analyze scenarios and business requirements and propose efficient, scalable technical solutions
  • Work on implementations and integrations of Marketing Cloud with other digital channels (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, APIs, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud
  • Develop and maintain Journeys (Journey Builder), Automations (Automation Studio), Data Extensions and data modeling
  • Scripting in AMPscript, SQL and SSJS
  • Support architecture definitions, best practices and development standards
  • Participate in technical and functional meetings with business, marketing and IT teams
  • Ensure data quality, security and governance
  • Support the maintenance and continuous evolution of implemented solutions

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience in Marketing Cloud implementation projects
  • Hands-on knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder and Email Studio
  • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud
  • Proficiency in SQL applied to Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with AMPscript and SSJS
  • Analytical ability to understand complex scenarios and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
