About the role
- Create detailed test plans that include test cases, workflows and acceptance criteria.
- Define the testing strategy, selecting appropriate tools and approaches (manual or automated) to ensure coverage of critical scenarios.
- Perform exploratory manual testing to identify defects that may not be covered by automated tests.
- Collaborate with development, product and stakeholder teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure deliveries meet established quality standards.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement process, suggesting new testing approaches and methodologies.
- Analyze test results and produce detailed quality and performance reports.
- Prioritize and track issue resolution with the development team.
- Provide continuous feedback on code quality and the effectiveness of fixes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a QA Analyst or in related roles.
- Solid knowledge of software testing, including functional, regression, load and performance testing.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
