About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consolidate customer acquisition and retention in the French market
- Define the acquisition strategy to meet revenue and profitability targets
- Effectively activate/reactivate leads and customers at every stage of their purchase cycle
- Develop high-performing content types for each channel
- Test, test, test and retest to validate and scale acquisition channels
- Create concise reports, recurring reviews and analyses on channels
- Identify new acquisition channels and growth-hacking techniques
- Define the commercial engagement strategy on the website and oversee its implementation
- Monitor changes in consumer behavior on the web and technologies specific to the e-commerce industry
- Contribute to Monsieur TSHIRT's international development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of experience in Marketing / e-commerce
- Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads & SEO
- Basic CRM knowledge
- EDUCATION Business school, web/digital, communication or equivalent
