About the role
- Support scheduling, organizing, and participating in technical measurement inspections on construction sites;
- Assist in preparing measurement reports and in the physical and financial monitoring of construction projects;
- Assist in analyzing and verifying budgets, schedules, and payments;
- Contribute to the team in developing technical and financial feasibility studies;
- Gain hands-on experience of how construction control operations work behind the scenes for the major players in the Brazilian real estate market.
Requirements
- Eagerness to learn, organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (intermediate Excel preferred);
- Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering (from the 5th semester onward), attending evening classes, available for a work schedule from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM;
