About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Promptly engage assigned leads and understand their mortgage requirements (new purchase, refinancing, or cash-out)
Compare mortgage options and recommend the most suitable solutions
Advise customers on the overall property purchase and financing process
Support customers through the application journey until approval and loan completion
Review loans nearing the end of their lock-in period and advise on refinancing opportunities
Achieve monthly mortgage revenue targets and identify opportunities to maximise lead potential
Liaise with bankers on rates and promotions as needed
Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mortgage sales
Clear, confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong product knowledge of home loans and the broader mortgage industry
Highly sales-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused, with the resilience and persistence to navigate setbacks and objections
Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong computer literacy, with hands-on experience using CRM systems and highly meticulous in administrative work, including accurate application checks and timely follow-ups
Highly responsive and customer-centric, delivering prompt follow-ups, sound advice, and an excellent overall customer experience
Self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and committed to achieving monthly sales targets
