About the role

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven media buys across platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs, etc.)
  • Manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
  • Oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation (Google Tag Manager, pixels, etc.), and QA
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery, tracking, or attribution and collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS), generate reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Act as trusted advisor to clients/internal teams, proactively identifying opportunities for campaign improvement
  • Ensure alignment between media spend and business objectives and maximize publisher ad revenue

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in media buying (paid social, programmatic, search, or video)
  • Deep understanding of ad serving, tracking, campaign troubleshooting, and ad ops
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms: Meta, Google Ads, DSPs
  • Familiarity with ad tech tools: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ad Manager, GAM 360, header bidding solutions
  • Experience with traffic acquisition tools such as Active Campaign
  • Ability to manage budgets, bids, targeting, A/B testing, audience segmentation, funnel optimization
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and derive insights
  • Skills in ad trafficking, tag implementation, QA, and troubleshooting delivery/tracking discrepancies
  • Sales skills: pitch ad solutions, negotiate deals, close partnerships
  • Communication skills and client-centric mindset
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, resilience, negotiation skills
  • Data visualization skills to create reports/dashboards
  • AI fluency: practical use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation)
  • At least 1 year of experience in the programmatic sell side
  • English language proficiency; Portuguese language ability queried (beneficial depending on location)
