About the role

  • You create, optimize, and measure campaigns across our marketing channels: Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Twitter, and TikTok
  • You are involved in creating ad creatives, copy, and tracking links
  • You develop ideas and implement tests to improve the performance of our campaigns
  • You produce reports and generate analyses to share your insights with the team

Requirements

  • You have prior experience in digital marketing and user acquisition for a direct-to-consumer or app-based business
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Social Sciences. Ideally with a solid foundation in statistics
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and are well organized
  • You have an affinity for fintech and excellent communication skills in German and English
  • You enjoy working in an agile environment and have a 'get things done' mentality. You are driven by creativity, fresh ideas, and curiosity about the latest technologies.
