About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Create compelling copy, visuals, and video content that reflects Mondosol's voice and mission
- Engage with our community of learners and educators: respond to comments, host events, spark conversations
- Design and manage online events, webinars, and live sessions on Google Meet
- Identify growth opportunities through community feedback, trends, and data
- Support the onboarding of new teachers and learners into the Mondosol ecosystem
- Collaborate with language teachers to co-create content that showcases their expertise
- Track community metrics and campaign performance and share actionable insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce or direct engaging content
- Self-starter attitude: comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Reliable internet connection, computer with webcam and microphone for Google Meet
- Experience growing online communities from the ground up (Nice to Have)
- Background in education, e-learning, or language learning (Nice to Have)
- Skills in graphic design or video editing (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or paid social advertising (Nice to Have)
- Multilingual abilities (Italian, French, Norwegian, or other languages a plus) (Nice to Have)
