Key responsibilities & impact

Support people in achieving their personal dreams and goals
Develop positive relationships with individuals receiving services
Assist individuals in participating fully in their community
Protect and promote rights of each person receiving services
Educate individuals on required work procedures and their rights
Facilitate effective, positive relationships with individuals receiving services
Implement individual’s plans and document as required
Assist individuals with day-to-day home operations
Supervise and monitor individuals in work settings
Maintain a safe working environment for employees and individuals receiving services
Drive and provide transportation as required
Assist with staff orientation, mentoring, and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma (Required)
Drivers License (Valid) - USA
Experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder | Not Required
