About the role
- Develop and retain your B2B client portfolio.
- Qualify and process incoming leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle: telephone and field prospecting, needs analysis, pricing, presentation, negotiation and closing.
- Support your clients with clarity, proximity and expertise.
- Grow your activity using our next-generation CRM, your Mac laptop, mobile phone and company car.
- You will benefit from a comprehensive 2-month onboarding program, including internal training on the energy sector and our tools.
Requirements
- Experience in the energy sector (with a supplier, a broker, etc.) is a real plus but not required.
- Strong negotiation skills and persuasive ability
- Results-oriented with a supportive, customer-focused mindset
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Keen interest in technical topics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT
