About the role

  • Develop and retain your B2B client portfolio.
  • Qualify and process incoming leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: telephone and field prospecting, needs analysis, pricing, presentation, negotiation and closing.
  • Support your clients with clarity, proximity and expertise.
  • Grow your activity using our next-generation CRM, your Mac laptop, mobile phone and company car.
  • You will benefit from a comprehensive 2-month onboarding program, including internal training on the energy sector and our tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in the energy sector (with a supplier, a broker, etc.) is a real plus but not required.
  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive ability
  • Results-oriented with a supportive, customer-focused mindset
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Keen interest in technical topics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT
