Some of our top HCCs came in as seasoned sales reps, others came from clinical backgrounds, and some came in newer to sales but with the drive, empathy, and follow-through that make this work.
Backgrounds we've seen succeed: hospice or home health sales, medical device or pharma, clinical liaison, RN liaison, nursing/social work/chaplaincy ready to step into sales, SNF or AL business development, outside sales from other industries, or anyone ready to step into hospice sales with the right drive and heart.
