About the role
- Attend meetings with Advertising Agencies alongside the Product Manager and follow up on actions requested for promotional campaigns related to in-line products and product launches (new products and line extensions);
- Actively participate in and support activities for new product launches and/or line extensions;
- Align the launch schedule and checklist with the Product Manager;
- Develop tactical plans and support other parts of the promotional strategy (training), updating market data to keep the sales force informed about competitors;
- Partner with the Supply area to manage production of promotional materials, ensuring deadlines are met, as well as overseeing internal activities (printing, invoicing materials for the Sales Force);
- Create purchase requisitions in the system and monitor/track order approvals;
- Create and register promotional materials in the system;
- Be responsible for monitoring and meeting internal schedules for promotional materials and for training-related activities (sending meeting materials, etc.);
- Record various expenses in the system (SAP), prepare monthly investment reports and control available product budgets;
- Manage inventory of promotional materials to avoid unnecessary balances;
- Analyze data from major market audits (PMB, DDD, Close UP, Audit, RX Regional and INTE) to support the Product Manager in report preparation;
- Oversee Marketing activities for other communication channels (website updates, call center, magazines, etc.) in addition to the sales force;
- Support the Product Manager in cycle meetings and in training courses for new Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives;
- Conduct monthly field visits with a Sales Representative to evaluate promotional materials, with the aim of continuously improving them and identifying opportunities;
- Prepare and present new products (launches) to internal stakeholders — such as Customer Service (SAC) — to prepare them to address field inquiries (Sales Force, medical professionals, distributors, consumers, etc.);
- Handle and coordinate special requests from the sales force (production of printed materials, extra samples and promotional items);
- Coordinate with Production Planning and Control (PCP) to ensure availability of finished products in stock (originals and samples), and implement controls to prevent product expiration in inventory (originals and samples);
- Prospect new business/opportunities for the products (marketing and partnerships);
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to act proactively and propose new projects;
- Monitor results from marketing activities related to promotional campaigns, product launches and institutional initiatives;
- Support the preparation of briefs for campaign development by agencies (in-line products).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields;
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, functions);
- Required experience in Product Marketing;
- Preferred experience in the Pharmaceutical industry;
- Preferred experience analyzing audit reports (PMB, Close Up, INTE, Audit and Rx Regional);
