About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical, operational, and regulatory leadership for assigned Case Management staff within an acute and specialty oncology care environment
  • Supervise staff day to day and manage staff performance
  • Oversee workflows and compliance with regulatory and professional standards
  • Ensure case management services are efficient, consistent, and aligned with ACMA Standards of Practice, CMS Conditions of Participation, payer requirements, and organizational policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a complex healthcare environment
  • ACM or CCM certification preferred
