About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical, operational, and regulatory leadership for assigned Case Management staff within an acute and specialty oncology care environment
- Supervise staff day to day and manage staff performance
- Oversee workflows and compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Ensure case management services are efficient, consistent, and aligned with ACMA Standards of Practice, CMS Conditions of Participation, payer requirements, and organizational policies
- Liaise between frontline case managers, interdisciplinary partners, and department leadership
- Support patient throughput, safe transitions of care, and optimal resource utilization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a complex healthcare environment
- ACM or CCM certification preferred
