About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support payroll data preparation for multiple Latin America countries (e.g., Colombia and other regional offices)
  • Enter and maintain employee payroll records (new hires, changes, terminations)
  • Assist with timekeeping reviews and escalate discrepancies
  • Generate standard payroll reports and maintain payroll documentation
  • Ensure data accuracy in line with internal procedures and local country requirements
  • Respond to basic payroll inquiries and escalate more complex issues
  • Support audit requests by gathering payroll records

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of payroll principles; exposure to Latin American payroll is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple payroll cycles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bilingual – English/ Spanish or Portuguese
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required to support collaboration across international teams.
