Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare materials required for activities, such as flyers and schedules
Facilitate daily activities, including presentations, building events, and travel to and from site visits
Supervise participants and provide assistance to those needing additional help
Maintain the cleanliness of conference rooms and office spaces used for activities
Learn and implement safety protocols to ensure participant protection
Conduct debriefing sessions after Engineering Week and offer suggestions for future programs
Communicate with parents and facilitate group discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be at least 18 years old
Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Be available and willing to travel
Hold a valid driver’s license in good standing
Prior experience as an alumnus of Highschool Engineering Week is preferred
All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
