About the role
- Design and produce high-quality marketing assets across digital and print channels, including: Website graphics and landing pages, Campaign visuals for email, social, paid media, and events, Sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, and ebooks.
- Partner closely with Marketing to evolve and modernize Modo’s visual identity while maintaining brand consistency.
- Provide design support for customers and demo/showcase apps using Modo's software platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, sales, and content stakeholders to translate concepts into effective visual solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and business impact.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining strong design judgment.
- Prepare, distribute, save, and organize final assets for media.
- Leverage AI-assisted design and creative tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production.
- Continuously explore and recommend new tools, workflows, and technologies (including AI) to improve efficiency, creativity, and speed to market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Equivalent training or experience may be substituted.
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience required
- Experience in B2B, SaaS marketing environments preferred
- Experience in supporting both marketing and product design is a plus
- Strong visual design skills with a modern, digital/mobile-first sensibility
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for websites, campaigns, and marketing funnels
- Ability to work independently, while being open to mentorship and collaboration
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, competitive B2B environment
- Experience using AI-powered design, image generation, or creative automation tools to enhance workflows and explore new creative approaches to getting work done.
