About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications and technology projects
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technical, and operational functions
- Ensure project governance, quality standards, and delivery excellence
- Monitor project performance and proactively address challenges and dependencies
- Facilitate project planning sessions, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to delivery best practices
- Support strategic initiatives and business growth through effective project leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management
- Extensive experience within the Telecommunications industry
- Proven success in managing large-scale and complex customer-facing projects
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance, and risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with international customers and distributed teams
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Required Certifications PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA Level C or higher, or equivalent Project Management certification
- Preferred Certifications Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or other relevant Agile Project Management certifications
- Preferred Experience with Telecom OSS/BSS environments
- Knowledge of mobile networks, messaging platforms, digital services, or critical communications solutions
- Experience delivering software, cloud, or digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with telecommunications operators, vendors, and ecosystem partners
