Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications and technology projects
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technical, and operational functions
  • Ensure project governance, quality standards, and delivery excellence
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address challenges and dependencies
  • Facilitate project planning sessions, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to delivery best practices
  • Support strategic initiatives and business growth through effective project leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management
  • Extensive experience within the Telecommunications industry
  • Proven success in managing large-scale and complex customer-facing projects
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance, and risk management
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with international customers and distributed teams
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Required Certifications PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA Level C or higher, or equivalent Project Management certification
  • Preferred Certifications Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or other relevant Agile Project Management certifications
  • Preferred Experience with Telecom OSS/BSS environments
  • Knowledge of mobile networks, messaging platforms, digital services, or critical communications solutions
  • Experience delivering software, cloud, or digital transformation projects
  • Familiarity with telecommunications operators, vendors, and ecosystem partners
