About the role
- Coordination of in-company vocational training and apprenticeships
- Point of contact for trainees and students—from recruitment through support during the training period
- Support and advisory services for employees and managers on all HR-related matters
- Handling HR projects
- Maintenance of personnel and master data
- Supporting department colleagues with administrative tasks such as payroll processing and master data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or relevant professional experience and/or trained HR specialist, or a degree in business administration with an HR-related focus
- Meticulous, structured and independent working style
- Team player, open-minded and communicative
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and assertiveness
- Proficient in Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
