About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the MTSI Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys.
- Support relationship management (customer, vendors, partners, accounts, etc.) customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI.
- Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the Relationship Management system aligns with business needs and supports strategic initiatives.
- Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
- Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
- Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration, custom workflow development and automation.
- Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
- Assist teams in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support relationship management business intelligence needs.
- Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and abide by corporate relationship management change-management process.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required, Master’s degree preferred with 10 years’ experience.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
- Demonstrated expertise in API architecture and integration patterns, with the ability to consume, orchestrate, and expose Microsoft Dynamics data across the broader application ecosystem.
- Proficiency in the following CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices. Ability to proactively identify, rectify and prevent quality issues.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse.
- Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
