About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own day-to-day logistics for FDE hiring classes and cohorts, including scheduling, onboarding logistics, class calendars, and stakeholder coordination
  • Keep hiring timelines and milestone dates on track across Fast Forward and Experienced FDE tracks
  • Serve as the point of contact for new hires before and during onboarding
  • Coordinate handoffs with third-party staffing and recruiting partners
  • Track hiring funnel metrics, conversion rates, attrition, hiring velocity, and pipeline accuracy
  • Report hiring and attrition risks to program stakeholders and leadership
  • Plan and run team events, outings, and lunches across cohorts
  • Own informal onboarding and build traditions and rituals as the program scales
  • Gather morale and culture feedback and communicate it to program leadership
  • Coordinate Recruiting, Training, and Delivery stakeholders
  • Support ad hoc initiatives, leadership summit logistics, and cohort launch activities
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and comply with company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, people operations, project management, or a related operational role
  • Experience working in or closely with technology or AI-related organizations
  • Strong organizational and logistics skills
  • Experience tracking hiring or attrition metrics and translating them into actionable reporting
  • Experience building team culture and cohesion
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in an evolving program and address process gaps independently
  • Preferred: hands-on exposure to Palantir Foundry, AIP, or a comparable enterprise platform
  • Preferred: experience supporting a Forward Deployed Engineer / FDSE-style program, technical training program, or cohort-based onboarding model
  • Preferred: experience with ATS or hiring-pipeline dashboards and reporting tools
  • Preferred: background in mortgage, insurance, or financial services

  • Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
