You take full ownership of digital marketing projects — from planning and implementation through to go-live
You coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that quality, budget and timing are met
You act as the primary point of contact for clients and run projects with clear communication and reliability
You provide strategic advice to clients, refine project approaches and identify sensible next steps early on
You independently prepare proposals, take responsibility for project scope and ensure transparent invoicing
You set priorities, create structure and maintain respectful, equal-footed interactions

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in managing digital projects, ideally in a digital agency
Professional focus in UI/UX design or in SEO/content; you are well acquainted with the other discipline
University degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications or project management
Solid practical experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and common collaboration tools such as Miro
Structured, reliable way of working, strong service- and client-orientation and organisational talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — fluent in German and English
