About the role
- Work in an agile team on the architecture and ongoing development of modern microservice-based applications
- Take responsibility for scalable cloud solutions on AWS
- Structure technical requirements and integrate them into existing architecture models
- Identify risks
- Design video and streaming workflows
- Actively participate in the development process (code reviews, refactorings, CI/CD deployments)
- Focus on IT security, IAM, as well as monitoring & logging
Requirements
- Several years of experience in architecting and developing microservices
- Proficient in Java and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud environments
- Experience using services such as AWS Lambda or AWS Elemental Media Services
- Familiarity with modern data architectures like DynamoDB, Amazon RDS
- Experience with streaming and video technologies
- Experience with CI/CD processes
- Develop maintainable RESTful services with Apollo API Gateway
- Knowledge of security & data protection (IAM solutions, e.g., Keycloak)
