About the role
- Elicit requirements, analyze processes, and document current (as-is) and target (to-be) states
- Develop functional concepts for complex IT topics and hand them over to the development team
- Structure and prioritize use cases, and align them with business units, architecture, and stakeholders
- Support the further development of the project's use case roadmaps and relevant governance artifacts
- Facilitate workshops, support stakeholders, and ensure clear communication between the business and IT
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in functional and technical design of IT projects and in requirements or use case management of complex systems
- Ability to communicate complex content clearly and purposefully to business units, stakeholders, and management
- Basic knowledge of AWS
- Experience with Scrum and common tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong teamwork skills and self-motivation
- Fluent German and good spoken and written English
