About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers individually, personally, knowledgeably and warmly
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the related refrigerated shelves and freezers in self-service
- Through careful staff planning and your talent for motivating, developing and inspiring employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh food sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in service counters
- Excellent knowledge of the wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
