About the role
- You independently manage the fresh-food and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the numbers in your area of responsibility are correct
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team
- You are responsible for the service counters
- You ensure the optimal performance of the relevant refrigerated shelves and display freezers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh-food sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman certificate in the butcher trade or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably initial leadership experience in service counter operations
- Excellent knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
