About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters
- You ensure product availability and the performance figures in your area of responsibility
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers — also serving as a role model for your team
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the associated refrigerated shelves and display freezers
- You develop and inspire employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh department or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in the area of service counters
- Very good knowledge of the wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- An outgoing, responsible team-player personality
