About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that performance figures in your area are accurate
- Together with your team, you present products in an attractive way
- You advise and serve customers individually, personally, knowledgeably and warmly
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated display cases and chests in the self-service area
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh-food sector or as a trained butcher
- Ideally hold a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters
- Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A personable, responsible team-player who is committed to the commercial success of their area as well as to customer and team satisfaction
