About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and the performance metrics in your area of responsibility
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team
- You are responsible for the service counters
- You ensure the optimal performance of the relevant refrigerated shelves and chests
- Through careful staff scheduling and your ability to motivate employees, you ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh products sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman qualification in the butcher trade or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in service counters
- Excellent knowledge of the wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A communicative, responsible team-player personality
