About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store.
- You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct.
- Together with your team, you present merchandise attractively.
- You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team.
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure their optimal performance.
- You achieve this through careful staff scheduling and your ability to motivate employees.
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh food sector or as a butcher.
- Ideally a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier.
- Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters.
- Very good knowledge of charcuterie, meat, cheese and fish products.
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality.
