About the role
- You independently manage the fresh-food and service counters in your assigned HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the operational figures in your area of responsibility are correct
- Together with your team, you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers and act as a role model for your team
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the associated refrigerated displays
- You plan staff deployment and motivate and develop employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh-food sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman certification in the butcher trade or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in the area of service counters
- Excellent knowledge of the broad range of sausage, meat, cheese, and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
