About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and control the sales and performance figures in your area of responsibility
- Together with your team, you arrange and present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers, acting as a role model for your team
- You ensure the optimal performance of the relevant refrigerated shelves and display freezers in the self-service area
- You are responsible for staff scheduling and motivate your team
Requirements
- Completed training as a certified sales specialist in the fresh foods sector or as a butcher
- Ideally a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters
- Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- Outgoing, responsible team-player personality
