About the role

  • You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
  • You ensure product availability and that the numbers in your area of responsibility are correct
  • Together with your team, you present your products attractively
  • You advise and serve customers in a personal, expert and friendly manner
  • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance
  • Through careful staff scheduling you demonstrate your leadership skills

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh foods sector (Fachverkäufer/in Frische) or as a butcher
  • Ideally a master craftsman’s certificate in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
  • Preferably initial leadership experience in service counters
  • Very good knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
  • A sociable, responsible team-player personality
