About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the numbers in your area of responsibility are correct
- Together with your team, you present your products attractively
- You advise and serve customers in a personal, expert and friendly manner
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance
- Through careful staff scheduling you demonstrate your leadership skills
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist salesperson in the fresh foods sector (Fachverkäufer/in Frische) or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman’s certificate in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably initial leadership experience in service counters
- Very good knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
