About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and that the figures in your area of responsibility are correct
- Together with your team you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers — and lead by example for your team
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure their optimal performance
- Through careful staff scheduling you motivate your employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist retail sales assistant in the fresh-food sector (Fachverkäufer/-in im Frischebereich) or as a butcher/meat cutter
- Ideally a master craftsman certificate in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience in service counters
- Very good knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A personable, responsible team-player personality
