About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store
- You ensure product availability and the accuracy of figures within your area of responsibility
- Together with your team you present products attractively
- You advise and serve customers — acting as a role model for your team
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated shelves and freezers in the self-service area
- You demonstrate a talent for motivating, developing and inspiring employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a retail specialist in the fresh food sector (Fachverkäufer/in) or as a butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman certificate in butchery (Meister) or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably initial leadership experience in service counters
- Very good knowledge of sausages/deli meats, meat, cheese and fish products
- A personable, responsible team-player personality
