About the role
- You independently manage the fresh and service counters in your HIT store.
- You strike the right balance between demand-based purchasing and quick sales.
- Together with your team you present products attractively.
- You advise and serve customers individually, personally, expertly and warmly.
- You are responsible for the service counters and ensure optimal performance of the associated refrigerated shelves and chests.
- Through careful staff scheduling, you demonstrate your talent for motivating employees.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh food department or as a trained butcher
- Ideally a master craftsman qualification in butchery or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier
- Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters
- Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products
- A sociable, responsible team-player personality
