Key responsibilities & impact

Build and use AI-based tools, workflows, and automations leveraging LLMs, VLMs, and AI agents to support data labeling, classification, enrichment, and analysis processes.
Perform hands-on analysis of structured and unstructured data, investigate model errors, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights to improve data and model quality.
Define labeling schemes, analytical criteria, and QA methodologies to ensure high-quality and consistent data analysis processes.
Create internal scripts, lightweight tools, and automations that streamline data analysis and annotation workflows.
Collaborate closely with algorithm, research, and engineering teams to translate project needs into practical AI- and data-driven solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.Sc./ M.sc in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
Strong technical orientation with hands-on coding experience, preferably in Python.
Familiarity with LLMs, VLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted workflows.
Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools - advantage.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to review data, identify errors, recognize patterns, and draw practical conclusions.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
