About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will build and execute an annual plan that supports and emphasizes employee experience.
- Plan, design concepts, and execute (end-to-end) company events, team-building activities, holiday and achievement celebrations, toasts, lectures, wellness activities, and more.
- Take care of employees’ lifecycle gifts, recognition, welcoming kit for new employees, etc.
- Create & publish content related to employee experience for internal communication.
- Collaborate with different teams including HR, Operations, Finance, and more to implement programs and initiatives that drive positive employee experience.
- Work closely with suppliers and service providers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in the employee experience field at a high-tech company
- Experience in producing large-scale events
- High operational skills, great multi-tasker and deadline-oriented
- High energy and collaborative team player with a positive approach and spirit
- Great written communication skills
- Fluent English
- Proven ability to initiate projects and work independently in a dynamic work environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic Graphic design skills – advantage
- Experience in publishing internal corporate communications - advantage
