About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead hands-on design of thermal-mechanical solutions.
Lead a team of three engineers.
Perform 2D/3D mechanical design, including detailed drawings and release to manufacturing.
Design components such as heat sinks and EMC/EMI gaskets, with strong ownership of thermal performance.
Drive full lifecycle: design, prototyping, validation, and NPI.
Solve complex mechanical and thermal challenges and serve as a technical focal point.
Lead and mentor a team of mechanical & thermal engineers, ensuring delivery and growth.
Collaborate closely with HW, layout, EMC/EMI experts, subcontractors, and customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
8+ years of experience in mechanical and thermal design
At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or in a managerial role.
Proven hands-on expertise in thermal solutions
Proficiency in SolidWorks (2D/3D) and experience taking products from development to production
Experience working with subcontractors and NPI processes
Technical leader
Fluency in Hebrew and English
