About the role

  • Lead hands-on design of thermal-mechanical solutions.
  • Lead a team of three engineers.
  • Perform 2D/3D mechanical design, including detailed drawings and release to manufacturing.
  • Design components such as heat sinks and EMC/EMI gaskets, with strong ownership of thermal performance.
  • Drive full lifecycle: design, prototyping, validation, and NPI.
  • Solve complex mechanical and thermal challenges and serve as a technical focal point.
  • Lead and mentor a team of mechanical & thermal engineers, ensuring delivery and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with HW, layout, EMC/EMI experts, subcontractors, and customers.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical and thermal design
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or in a managerial role.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in thermal solutions
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks (2D/3D) and experience taking products from development to production
  • Experience working with subcontractors and NPI processes
  • Technical leader
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English
