About the role
- Lead cross-functional execution across algorithm development and infrastructure teams, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines, while providing clear visibility into product status and outcomes.
- Act as the senior point of contact for internal customers and stakeholders, driving requirement definition, prioritization, and ongoing engagement, and owning the lifecycle of feature requests, issues, and escalations.
- Own the product strategy and roadmap, partnering with technical leadership to define scope, milestones, and success metrics, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and engineering execution.
- Define product standards and documentation practices, including design documentation, user guides, and release materials, to ensure clarity, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Drive delivery of high-quality, production-grade data products, directly supporting Mobileye’s autonomous driving platforms and long-term strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling technical data platforms, APIs, and developer tools for engineering teams, with deep knowledge of cloud-native data infrastructure, distributed systems, and developer experience (DX) design
- 3–5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Cloud, or related domains.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (M.Sc./MBA is a plus).
- Hands-on software development background.
- Previous leadership experience in development management (advantage).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- Demonstrated ownership of product quality and excellence.
- A results-driven approach grounded in collaboration, integrity, and innovation.
