About the role

  • Manage various projects within the teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations as needed.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among team members, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive and monitor the execution of hardware development projects (SoC/HW Platform) through all development phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools as Jira.
  • Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing demands and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent Hebrew & English written and oral communication .
  • Experience autonomous driving technologies - an advantage .
  • PMP certification- an advantage .
