About the role
- As part of a long-term assignment with a major player in the banking sector, you will work on a critical scope related to the user printing ecosystem. The context is marked by a transition phase with a strong focus on service continuity and domain structuring. The role is mainly BUILD-oriented, with a high degree of autonomy expected on technical topics. 3-year assignment with 2 days remote work per week.
- **Main responsibilities:**
- You will be responsible for activities related to the integration, evolution and stabilization of printing solutions:
- Integration of new sites: analysis of prerequisites, management of flows and technical validation of the print chain
- Installation, configuration and optimization of workstation components related to printing
- Administration and operational maintenance of print servers
- Contribution to the evolution of existing printing solutions
- Structuring the scope and proposing continuous improvements
- Updating technical documentation (DAT, CMDB, procedures)
- In parallel, you will work on a RUN scope:
- Advanced diagnostics of workstation and printing incidents
- Analysis of issues related to user profiles, permissions and flows
- Participation in major incident management and crisis cells
- Contribution to compliance and security topics
- **Technical environment:**
- CANON printing solutions, uniFLOW
- Windows environments and ideally Mac
- Active Directory, ILEX
- Print servers, queues, drivers, network flows
- Scan-to-mail solutions
Requirements
- **Profile sought:**
- Strong expertise in Windows workstation management (Mac experience appreciated)
- Proven experience with printing in an enterprise environment
- Mastery of print servers (highly differentiating)
- Good understanding of AD, profiles and permissions
- Experience in site integration
- Ability to manage BUILD topics end-to-end
- Operational technical English
- Knowledge of LRS Output Management appreciated
- Experience with scan-to-mail solutions appreciated
