About the role

  • Work on environments with high availability and service-continuity requirements.
  • Ensure platforms are maintained in operational condition and remain available on a daily basis.
  • Take charge of incident management, including major incidents.
  • Participate in change management and in addressing recurring problems.
  • Continuously improve the operability of the environments.
  • Operate message-transfer and middleware solutions.
  • Administer application servers.
  • Strictly apply applicable security rules and produce the associated operational documentation.

  • Scheduling & backup: Control-M
  • Middleware & data flows: WebSphere MQ, CFT, STX / ITX / WTX, IIS, ARR
  • Application servers: WAS, JBoss, Tomcat, OpenShift
  • Network: TCP/IP, firewalls
  • DevOps: XL Deploy, XL Release, Git, Jenkins
  • Databases: Oracle, SQL
  • A professional working level of English is required to operate in this environment.
