About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the coordination of refurbishment projects for the nationwide rental fleet
- Maximize fleet availability and improve asset reliability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for refurbishment requests across all branch locations
- Coordinate refurbishment activities between branch operations, service teams, manufacturers, vendors, and third-party repair facilities
- Monitor refurbishment progress, project costs, timelines, and equipment availability
- Assist the Logistics and Service Operations teams during periods of high demand by coordinating freight shipments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in logistics, fleet operations, equipment coordination, rental operations, service operations, or project coordination preferred
- Experience working with heavy equipment, industrial equipment, HVAC, power generation, construction, or rental equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
