About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the coordination of refurbishment projects for the nationwide rental fleet
Maximize fleet availability and improve asset reliability
Serve as the primary point of contact for refurbishment requests across all branch locations
Coordinate refurbishment activities between branch operations, service teams, manufacturers, vendors, and third-party repair facilities
Monitor refurbishment progress, project costs, timelines, and equipment availability
Assist the Logistics and Service Operations teams during periods of high demand by coordinating freight shipments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in logistics, fleet operations, equipment coordination, rental operations, service operations, or project coordination preferred
Experience working with heavy equipment, industrial equipment, HVAC, power generation, construction, or rental equipment is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
