About the role
- Developing serverless, high-performing, and scalable functions using Azure Functions
- Writing optimized database queries capable of handling large volumes of data
- Building integrations with various external providers, either using libraries or implementing complete communication protocols
- Designing and implementing microservices from scratch for specific use cases
- Creating API gateways to manage and route traffic between different services
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a backend framework, preferably JavaScript/TypeScript-based such as Node.js or NestJS
- Experience with databases, preferably relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience building REST APIs and working with test frameworks/libraries
- Familiarity with microservices and extracting functionality from a monolith, and experience with version control
- Very good written and spoken German and English
